기술혁신과 재택근무의 보편화로 회사 근처에 거주를 할 필요가 없어지고, 주거비 절약을 위해서 집값이 저렴한 city로 이사가는 수요가 늘어났다는 생각이 듭니다. 기사 제목에서 보여주듯 집값이 비싼 동네인 NY나 California는 없네요.
